Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays — an order placed over a weekend starts processing the next business day. After that, delivery in the US usually takes 5–12 business days, and 7–14 for international orders. You get a tracking email the moment it leaves the warehouse. Some orders carry two tracking numbers, one from the fulfilment centre and one from your local courier for the last leg; the courier’s is the one with accurate delivery detail. If you are past the estimate, give it five more days — tracking often goes quiet without anything being wrong — then email life@eazeydreams.com and we will chase it.
Any reason at all, for a full year from the day your order arrives. Opened bags count — a guarantee you can only use on an unopened product is not much of a guarantee. In most cases we do not ask you to send anything back; if we do need a bag returned for quality checks, we send a prepaid label. Email life@eazeydreams.com with your order number and name and you will hear back within 24–48 hours. Once it is approved the refund goes to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, and your bank may take a few days beyond that.
All of them go with food, which is the part people skip. The aged garlic is two softgels each morning; the cayenne is three a day with a full glass of water. Always follow the directions on your own label, because the serving is set per formula and can change between batches. Take them at the same time each day — consistency does more than timing, and these are a daily habit rather than a course you finish. Individual experiences vary, and none of these products is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Yes, and it is worth reading before you order. Speak to a doctor first if you take anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication — garlic can affect blood clotting — or any prescription medication at all. Stop at least two weeks before scheduled surgery. Not for use if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding without medical advice, and not intended for anyone under 18.
